My washing machine was out since November I had a Sears technician come out December February May and April my washing machine is still not repaired it was deemed unrepairable and they were supposed to go through my warranty American home shield . I was told from the technician that they was going to email American home shield and let them know the status of my washing machine as of today that has not been done.
