I ordered the Lancome 5 Piece Mini Gift…
This is an update to the following review. I was offered a 50% refund, as well as keeping the item, which I accepted. I appreciate the timely and fair response. I ordered the Lancome 5 Piece Mini Gift Set by Lancome for Women, Eau De Parfum. It arrived in its box that was not sealed, and the box was in a plastic bag that was not sealed. As soon as I opened the package, I could smell the perfume. When I opened the box, one of the perfume bottles had come loose, and the top had come off, and the bottle was empty, having emptied into the entire box. When I asked for a refund, siting the problem in their packaging, along with providing pictures, their response was send it back for either a refund or replacement. Well, am I really going to risk losing the perfumes that remained intact for another package that may arrive packaged the same shoddy way, with the possibility of losing more perfume? No. So, the fact that this company will not simply refund the payment method they have on record, when the problem was 100% their fault is certainly enough for me to warn others before spending any money with them.
