I would not give them Rove reviews
Just wow on how bad they are. Order 4 chairs. They we're delivered an hour late from a 3-hour window - by a driver who was rude and just left before I could even look at the product. The items did not look like the photos. I only opened one of the boxes and left the rest closed. When I asked for a return they insisted that I open all the boxes and take photos of the items. Then the boxes sat idle for 2 weeks while I waited for the shipping company to come back. More pick-up delays, issues and rescheduling. Now Rove has lost the items and are asking me which shipping company picked up the items. Over two months now and I still don't have a refund. Horrible. In addition, they offer the membership program for $200. It's worthless. There is no concierge help. Just a rip off. I would highly recommend skipping this company.
