No working AC in Phoenix, in August, for almost 2 weeks!
insanity. AC hasnt worked for nearly two weeks in August in the Phoenix area with outside temperatures reaching as high as 115. They sent an AC company out and the person claimed to have fixed it and never did. I have spent over an hour and a half on hold today, submitted an online request, and nothing. Then I went to call back AGAIN and their phone system says theyve reduced their phone hours due to INCREASED, not decreased, summer demand. What business works less when demand goes up!? THIS is what you are paying for. Over the years, I have referred dozens of clients to Old Republic. Never again.
