Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Ecoflow Delta purchased March 2022. Unit started to smoke whilst in use September 2023 therefore returned under warranty for repair. July 2026 unit will not charge and is unusable. EcoFlow customer care tell me it is out of warranty, correct but is unrepairable and I should buy a new unit. Edit to mention they offered me a paltry 5% discount off a new unit. 5% does nothing to compensate for the loss of over £1000 on a 4 year investment in something that should have lasted many more years. It has had nowhere near the 800 charge cycles stated in all of their nonsense marketing. They do not acknowledge that 4 years service life on an item that cost over £1000 in 2022 is unacceptable. EcoFlow products are overpriced, unreliable rubbish with zero genuine customer care. Avoid.
