Issues with packing
When I created my first Parcel, I picked SURFACE, yet it got changed to FEDEX after I created it. Apparently the website will pick something else even after you've selected your intended shipping method, which caused the shipping cost to go from around 6,000 yen to 40,000 yen. I had to cancel that Parcel for this reason. Parcel #2 had the same items as the first one, but when I made that one, the website picked EMS instead. I sent in a request to change it to SURFACE right away, but because I didn't specify that any leftover items should be left at the warehouse (like with every other Parcel I had made so far), the Parcel was split into 3 separate FEDEX Parcels. At this point, I was confused as hell. I didn't understand why they kept turning my SURFACE Parcels kept turning into FEDEX ones and had already paid a cancellation fee to turn one FEDEX Parcel (which should not have been FEDEX to begin with) into a SURFACE. Now I had to cancel 3 more FEDEX Parcels even after I specifically requested for it to be SURFACE. Thankfully they refunded most of the cancellation fees I had to pay but this was still such a hassle to deal with when I've been trying to ship my things for over a week now.
