I never received the parts that I ordered. Once I emailed your company I was told it was delivered and verified by picture that it was. I tried to explain to the person I was talking to that the picture that the carrier took was at a row of mailboxes over a mile from my home, and that I checked with the people that these mailboxes belong to and no one received the package. The person offered no help to try and help resolve the problem. Hopefully this issue doesn't happen to anyone else.
