I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Romulus. From the very moment we arrive, I received the very best customer service. Me and my family arrived from out of town to coordinate our family reunion. Neliz greeted me and made sure my initial experience was excellent! The rooms were very clean and updated. Monet accommodated my family and filled some of the gaps in our agenda to make the events run smoothly. Mackenzie made sure we had everything we needed to get our day going throughout our stay. Shannon from the restaurant was very attentive, at times having our preferred food or drink ready before we asked for it. The icing on the cake was the housekeeping staff. I can't remember a day or occurrence where I was not greeting with a smile. Even the maintenance staff was prompt with replacing batteries in the thermostat. Overall, this was the best experience and staff I have encountered and would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants an awesome experience, something you don't see at hotels these days!
