SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Thought we were making our reservation with the hotel but discovered it was through the “Reservation Desk”. Totally deceptive practice!! Reservation Desk added all sorts of fees and we ended up paying $100 more than what the hotel would have charged us. We complained and they are issuing a refund for half. Now trying to get our refund for overcharging. Said it was given to us but not true. After multiple calls our refund will be sent. Fingers crossed. Do not deal with the “reservation desk.” Call hotels directly! Better business bureau today.
