You Get What You Pay For
Well, I am here to tell you that mint mobile lives up to the old adage, you get what you pay for. I was attracted by the low monthly fee but trust me it’s not worth it. I have been experiencing dropped calls, server errors while attempting to make calls, and slow data for weeks. I’ve opened several hours on the phone waiting for and talking tickets to their customer service. I’ve opened several tickets which either get closed prematurely or escalated with no follow up. I did finally It’s taken days ge t a call back from tech-support in the “back office” today. The guy was very abrupt and rude and basically told me sorry for your luck and hung up on me. I’m calling back now to ask for my upfront payment to be refunded. I’ll be switching to another carrier.
