False advertising regarding the cost of their service. Their ads do not show any sort of nongovernmental 'recovery fees' in their sample detailed bill. For their 12 month unlimited plans it's $25.25 per line, when there is no indication of any such charge in their intro website. If you click on the terms & conditions (small print at the bottom of the webpage) it shows $16.25 per line. This is definitely minor fraud.
