Order never made it passed printed label
I placed an order for a wig that’s been discontinued. A shipping label was created and waiting acceptance for a week before I reached out to the company. After asking the company just stated that the package had been lost and that I my money was being refunded. I’m giving two stars because the refund happened without question and pretty quickly. I wish the company would’ve proactively Let me know that my package was not coming.
