I've engaged American Frame multiple times over the years. Their system is set up to avoid mistakes. If I've had questions, they've been extremely patient and helpful. While I struggle with the conflict of using my local frame shop and American Frame - for a large order, the reality is I simply cannot afford a local framer. I do often check local prices and purchase plexi and foam-core elsewhere. As an artist - I'm interested in quality AND affordability. I think they're a terrific company.
