I have heard good things about Mint Mobile, and I thought to give it a try. I placed my order on the 13th of July for a 3-month plan and a SIM Starter Kit. It is now the 24th, and I have yet to recieve my SIM card. I did not recieve any communication as to why I have not gotten my order and had to call them to get any information on what is going on. I placed my first phone call on the 20th of July, so a full week after my initial order, and was told that they have taken the necessary steps to expedite my order and I will recieve my SIM card within 3 days. I did not, and I made my second call on the 23rd of July. I have a business that I am running, and this delay is ridiculous, and the fact that I had to go fishing for information as to why there is a delay in the first place is frustrating. As a new customer, I am appalled by the lack of communication and professionalism with this company, especially after hearing so many good things. There is a lack of professional integrity. If there is a delay in orders, as a consumer, I would expect that to be communicated to me without having to call and find out. If this could be rated zero stars, I would.
