What a nightmare dealing with ecoflow…
What a nightmare dealing with ecoflow customer service! I own a number of ecoflow products from numerous deltas with extra batteries to the wave and glacier. Thousands of dollars worth. I've sang their praises until I had an issue with the brand new dual fuel generator. I was able to send it back for a replacement and communication just stopped. I'm now on hold filing a claim with my credit card company. I've read the horror stories and now I'm a victim. So sad! I left Goal Zero and now it looks like I'll be avoiding ecoflow from here on out as well!
