I purchased my EcoFlow Stream Ultra and PV panels back in April. Unfortunately, one of the panels was damaged in transit. I am pleased to say that EcoFlow replaced the panel without question. I am very happy with the 'Balcony Solar' solution so much so that I have since ordered another Stream product for more battery storage and a Delta 3 Max for use in my MotorHome.
