Bait and switch! Spent hours filling out my tax forms on their website since the IRS tool told me it would be free. Then they told me at the final step it was actually not free.

I was informed this would be totally free because of the low income I needed to report. I got to the very end with adjusted gross income of $1957 and was told I made too little to be able to file for free!!! I had to pay $35 to file the return anyways (do be able to complete a property tax refund). This was one of the recommended four free programs to use from the State of MN. FRUSTRATING!!! MN used to be a decent place to live.
