The representative was very professional and asked open ended question to make sure he had all the information required to find me the right dentist, he called the office and got me set up with someone and I was able to get an appointment next day.

I called on a Saturday, hoping to get in with someone right away, due to a tooth infection and facial swelling. The soonest they were able to get me in with anyone was on Monday. Monday rolled around and 20 minutes before my appointment (I live 30 mins from the location they scheduled me at), the office that I was scheduled at called and told me I couldn't come in because their dentist was out that week. Complete fail. I wont use this service again.

Weekend saver
I was able to call them in a time of need. I needed a tooth pulled. And with having pain I was able to call them have them look around on a weekend take in mind.
