1min.AI can seem overwhelming at first because there are so many AI models to choose from, but the software is well organized into categories. My best recommendation is, don't be intimidated to experiment with AI. My purchase price gave me plenty of credits to learn and become more familiar with generative AI! Credits rollover. Jump in, don't be afraid of the software.

I made a complex website from this all in one AI hub. I purchased a lifetime subscription and there are no other monthly fees. I have access to all AI platforms. No need to have several windows open at the same time from all the different platforms, 1min.ai does it all. I highly recommend it. I get 4 million credits per month and if I log in I get 15,000 added, that's right, just log in once a day for up to 450,000 per month in addition to the 4 million credits I receive per month. The credits accumulate, so if you don't use them you don't lose them. This is a wonderful tool.
Really happy with 1min.ai so far. What I like most is having access to so many different AI model in one place instead of juggling multiple subscriptions and API keys. Super practical for what I'm building. Pricing is also way more affordable than I expected for the amount of usage you get, and the interface is clean and intuitive, easy to navigate without any real learning curve. Solid tool overall.

Great collection of AI models in one platform. I'm a favourite of experimenting on multiple tools and there's an improvement on the asethetics and features as well. One feature I would like it to improve is to extend the video generation that can rivals YouTube shorts and videos. Great job for the team behind the app nevertheless!
I tried editing an image on 1 min.AI and used up all my credits very quickly. When I first joined, I had millions of credits that I thought would last ? They went very quickly and I did not like the way my image was edited but it still used up the credits. You can then buy more credits. It is also very hard to get free credits, like for a review of the site . I just stopped using it.
* Lost all 6 million credits on one simple text prompt asking for text output, just text. No clear explanation of where the credits went.Contacted support many times and never got a reply. * Customer service is terrible. * Everything looks good until you pay, then the problems start. * They seem to offer free credits for positive reviews, which makes the reviews hard to trust. * The AI models are not better than many free AI models available today. * No updates on new model and no improvement to the platform. * Feels like they are just making money by giving access to other companies' free AI models. * Poor transparency, poor support, and poor value for money. My experience was very disappointing. I regret paying for this service and would not recommend it to others.

Generally a good, reliable and helpful tool. It's good to have access to multiple AI models without having to switch apps, and I very much appreciate the ability to chat with several AIs simultaneously to compare their responses. Most models you could want as a general user are available through 1min AI. It can sometimes be tricky to gauge how many credits a task will take - if that could be improved it would be great. But otherwise I'm happy with the app and its availability across all the devices I use.
I cannot recommend this platform, and here's why: I invested significant time and effort providing detailed information to troubleshoot an issue, only to be told the problem was a "product limitation"—not a bug, not an oversight, but an intentional design choice. That distinction matters, and it's precisely why I'm frustrated. The platform truncates long responses and forces you into a frustrating cycle of follow-up prompts to retrieve your complete output. This isn't an AI model limitation—it's a design failure. They built a UI around AI models without solving the fundamental user experience problem of handling extended responses. I shouldn't need to prompt multiple times to get content I've already requested and paid for through credit usage. The landing page is slick looking, but the additional UX gaps compound this issue: No timestamps on individual messages makes it impossible to track conversation flow or reference specific points; No global search means finding information in your chat history is like searching a filing cabinet with no index; No pagination controls for lengthy conversations turns long chats into an unusable wall of text. These aren't minor conveniences—they're essential features for any platform handling knowledge work. What bothered me most: they declined my credit request for the issue, wasted time and effort. Their refusal signals they don't see the problem as their responsibility. They blame it on the AI model. Bottom line: Save your time and credits. There are better alternatives that respect your workflow and intelligence.

However, I understand that from a user perspective, the result is the same: additional prompts are required, which can consume extra credits and interrupt your workflow. As for the UX concerns you mentioned - timestamps, global chat search, and better handling of long conversations - these are valid feature requests. At the moment, these capabilities are not supported by the platform. While they are not considered bugs, I agree they could improve the overall user experience significantly. Regarding the refund request, I checked with the team and, unfortunately, they decided that this case does not qualify for a credit refund under the current policy. I had a great experience in using 1min.ai. It may be confusing at first to find the tools we need, but the result is just as good as anywhere else and the price is competitive. I did multiple projects from regular AI chat, to voice generation, image generation and video generation. With the correct prompt, all of them have given me great satisfaction. I really recommend their service.
1minAI wrote off 3mln credits and they could not explain why, neither did they compensate anything. I shared all logs I had and ask them to share their logs with me, which they just didn’t do. Even mot explaining, just not answering. They only share BS texts like ‘We appreciate your understanding’ while clearly: I do not.

Well for one, the amount of AI models they have on there is genuinely amazing and plus it writes well so yeah.
Okay, I'm not a "heavy user" for AI. I use it for proofing documents, basic research, and making sure that the message I am trying to convey uses the best possible words. I use 1min.AI nearly every day to help me communicate more effectively with those around me.
