Completing the questionnaire was fast and easy. Received my prescription email. It said the prescription was sent at 4:42 am. Went to the pharmacy that I chose at 11:30 am and they have no prescription. Called customer service at 11:36 and was told that they would have it resent. At 1pm I called the pharmacy, no prescription. Now I can't reach customer service. Calls are sent to the operator who does not answer and hasn't called back.

Customer suppor closes at 11 pm so any time after your out of luck. I have a dental infection and was asked what medication I would prefer. I specifically said no amoxicillin because it didnt work for me prior and asked for a zpack because that works for me. About 3 hours later I get an update with my prescription for amoxicillin I paid 40 dollars for this and didnt get what I needed and cant contact anyone about it.

Relief FAST!!
Lapse between my antibiotics running out and my tooth extraction..pain started flaring up last night and I knew how bad it could get without antibiotics and the dentist office wouldn’t be available until Monday! I have frequent utis like 3-7 a year. This website makes it so much easier rather than waiting for an appointment with my doctor, waiting in the office to be seen, then waiting for the prescription to be sent and finally picking it up. I love that there is a site that just let's me tell them what is wrong with me and treats me instead of me having to convince a doctor in person or having my urine cultured. Took my money but never sent my prescription in and will not return phone calls
I thought my prescription had been sent to the wrong pharmacy in the wrong state but now I find out that it actually has not been sent anywhere even though I received an email stating that it was sent I spoke to a customer service representative at 9:00 this morning that was supposed to get back to me within the hour and has failed to do so since then I have called three more times and now I cannot reach a live person I've sent two emails with no response I'm beginning to think that this company is just a complete scam I would advise anybody not to deal with this company they took my money with no problem last night but have failed to send the prescription and and now I can't find anybody to take my calls and nobody responds to my emails.
