24 doc lied to me and stole my $39
I responded to an ad that offered amoxicillin… Pay them the $39 and the prescription sent was for another anabiotic that had already been prescribed by a dr earlier and did not cure my infection… they stole my $39 and lied to me
I Paid $40 for Antibiotics and Received NOTHING
I had a UTI during the weekend and contacted 24hrdoc to get a prescription for antibiotics. Having used 24hrdoc before, I anticipated a bit of a wait, but not to be charged for services I never received. It took several hours, but my case was reviewed, and a prescription was supposedly sent to my pharmacy. When I went to pick up my prescription, my pharmacy said it didn't have a current antibiotic prescription to fill. I reviewed my case and discovered that, although I was prescribed an antibiotic, it was dated February 2026 and was therefore invalid. I contacted customer service since my only option was to spend another $40 to open a new case. It's been two days, and I haven't heard back from customer support or the prescriber. For conditions like a UTI that require immediate treatment, waiting to eventually (if ever) hear back from customer support is unconscionable. Trust the bad reviews — this place is a scam.

Charged me and the result was no medication despite knowing I need it. So now I have to go to urgent care and spend more money. Do not use it’s a scam.

Dispite the time it took to fill the…
Dispite the time it took to fill the perscription cause I did drive back and forth to the next town to pick it up. (About 3/4 hours) I thought this was a scam.. but then I got the confirmation. And now just happy and thankful to have gotten the antibiotic for my husband. Thank you very much

different antibiotic than chosen, did not fulfill prescription in same day
They prescribed a different antibiotic then I chose. Can not take what prescribed. Severely disappointed. Also prescription was not fulfilled within a day, so I’m just stuck waiting. Hope I can get my money back. Peoples lives rely on these medications.

I'm 74 and disabled
I'm 74 and disabled, it's very hard for me to go to urgent care. Having an online place I get get a prescription for an ongoing issue is amazing.

I could not pick up script cause the doc number was invalid and u call the number it rings like 5 times and disconnects.. so u can't talk to anybody.. nobody emails u back.. and have nothing

I would definitely given 5 stars but i think it took more than 5 hours to my script . I was dying with a toothache and couldnt get the meds till the next day !! If you want them the same day make sure you donit early as possible.
