The online process of ordering our banner was so quick and simple! I uploaded the design I created and submitted it on the website. I received an email minutes later that there was a problem with my file. I called to better understand what was needed and got to talk to an actual person right away! She provided an explanation. I sent a new file, and that was it! It could not have been easier. I was really worried that the company logo would be pixelated as it has been with other printing companies, but the banner looked GREAT!
