What people say
Callum made a fantastic job of cleaning…
Callum made a fantastic job of cleaning my fathers windows and conservatory roof. He was polite and very efficient. I would recommend him.
High frequency of visits too expensive
We had a successful trial clean, but didn't want the frequency of future visits insisted on. At short notice the company said they were coming the following morning, I didn't see that message or I would have cancelled - but they came anyway and did the front of the house but couldn't access the back. They then sent a bill for £40 for work we had NOT authorised and have been hassling us regularly to pay and now (19/08/25) are threatening legal action if we don't capitulate - not a welcome prospect for people in their 80's....
Amazing service and quality
I had Ollie clean my windows for the first time today and was very impressed with this conscientious young man. He was polite and courteous and carried at a tremendous clean of my property. I have to say that I was dubious about using the water fed pole system as I just didn't see how purified water was going to leave my windows, frames and sills clean, however I can now state that my doubts were unfounded and this system has produced wonderful results. Will definitely be sticking with Abacus Windows.

Not Great or Even Good.
I have been a customer of Abacus for the last 3 years here in Ascot. On several occasions they have purported to have cleaned my windows and reminded me to pay but have not been anywhere near the property. The last visit on 20th November they completely neglected to clean one of our main velux windows (they have always cleaned it in the past) so I sent them a picture of it and asked if it could be done and/or a solution found to cleaning it (if their equipment no longer reached) to which I still have had no reply. They msg me today to say the cost of cleaning my windows was going up too…no thanks! Bye!
Have to say I was vert disappointed
Have to say I was vert disappointed. Was told they would be left streak free but left with water marks and one even though done twice is still dirty. Wanted to come out to rectify I said no, so they tried to be a little funny about a contract which by the way you don't sign. I paid but don't recommend
Abacus window cleaning are amazing
Abacus window cleaning are amazing, so thorough, leaving sparkling windows every time they come. The staff are so polite and a joy to meet, would certainly recommend to anyone.
Excellent job.
Sid did an excellent job cleaning my windows. He had finished when I arrived home and was ready to leave. I asked if he could remove a lump of moss from a velux window which was not visible from the outside but clearly visible from the inside. He did this cheerfully.
First class window cleaning and gutter clearing
Had Callum from Abacus clean my windows and clear my gutters to a excellent standard, he was very friendly and explained the process in full . What I found most pleasing was that Callum spent the time to do both jobs throughly and unlike other companies i've used that come with the bish bash bosch attitude and gone in 5 mins !! Any job done fast is just a poor quality job that's disappointing. So Thank you Callum and Abacus 👍👍😃😃
Always left with clean sparkly windows
