I just want the school to contact me to obtain my credentials now that I'm done with the course and finished the Final Exam over 2 weeks ago. I started the Functional Medicine Program and the Business Program in November 2025. I have been thoroughly impressed with the content, the structure, and Coach Sarah's responses. Until this past week (last week of March 2026) - the Coaching Platform - Heartbeat - closed the account and I've emailed everyday this week - no responses. Does that mean No Certifications??? Why no communication or "Sorry, we're closing down". Please reach out - My future plans are going up in smoke now... Thank you!

I'm learning so much about methodology vs empathy, having worked in mental health for 35yrs, I'm finding that grief counseling is and forever will be in demand. This field touches the life of everyone in different seasons of life. I have enjoyed the course but when I have completed the whole course Endometriosis Nutrition but then when it came down to the exam it would not let me submit my exam, it keeps saying ‘error’ or ‘this exam is not open for submission’ - and therefore no certificate.
