I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was deserved! I placed an order once before with a fenced off area and I had no problems!. I placed a big order, I know they are busy and can take a while but it took me a good 10-15 mins to get through to customer service and the person shortly arrived after. What got me was that I had an area fenced off for a reason so it's easier to put all the items away in my storage however the person put on a swim outfit, somehow got through and started dropping my items in the non fenced off area then proceeded to drop it somewhere else leaving me to have to go hunt for my items! I won't EVER use this website again! If you want good service go to nook mart and yes they are more expensive but the customer service is fantastic! DO NOT RECOMMEND! And to the staff PLEASE DO NOT RUN AROUND PEOPLE'S ISLANDS ITS SO RUDE!

The order took far too long. It says fast delivery but I’ve been waiting about 2 hours so far with no delivery and no estimate of when it will be delivered
