Shipping was very expensive

Shipping was very expensive. It cost almost as much as the order price to ship a dozen 20" sticks of plastic.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you had a frustrating shipping experience. I wanted to address your concern about the shipping cost, shipping is calculated based on the package price shape, size, weight and insurance. The Quick Lock Seal ship in a tube and UPS charges additional fees for any package that is shipped in any cylindrical-like item. Their rates are also higher for residential shipping. You can see and review the additional fees from UPS at: https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/shipping-support/shipping-dimensions-weight/avoid-additional-shipping-fees.page Again, thank you for your continued business with us. If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact us at (925) 443-5900.

Great first-time experience

Great site with useful items. Pricing is good, item description is informative and has enough specs. Can't wait to take on more projects. Order processing and shipping was as good as expected. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend. Thank you!

Delivery time

Delivery time. Was not conveyed correctly. It cost me a job. I would have ordered else where however they promised by a date.

Hello Brandon, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you had a frustrating shopping experience. I wanted to address your concern about the Promise Date. Looking at your order, I see that you placed the order on 8/15/2022, you were provided a promise date to process the order and to ship this order by 8/17/2022. This order shipped from our distribution location on 8/16/2022. This order was processed and shipped ahead of our promise and shipping estimated date. From my understanding, your concern is that this order did not arrive to your location at the promise date. I want to share that ACP Composites does not promise the date of arrival, ACP Composites can only promise the date the order will be processed, packaged and shipped. If you need and require the order to arrive at your location the next day after we ship the order, you would need to select a shipping method of Next Day or Priority Overnight. Any other shipping standard methods can take anywhere between 3-5 business days and its dependent on the carriers regular transit times. If you would like our assistance with changing your order to an expedited shipping method, our customer service team is always happy to help. Again, thank you for your continued business with us. If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact us at (925) 443-5900.
