Stress free borrowing
Although the interest rates are astronomical! I still appreciate not having to ask a friend or family member for a loan when I get in a financial bind. Additionally the application process is fast and efficient.

Delay in loan deposit
Delay in loan deposit. If you apply and get approved after 10 AM ET , the deposit is next business day. No deposits on weekends. Per AA representative, deposits or funds are not deposited midnight. it’s random times. AA online accepted savings account for loan deposit that was never deposited( there was nothing noted that it was unacceptable) . Afterwards we don’t deposit in savings account, so it will be returned to us and this may take 3 :to 5 days for AA to receive it. A reply was received from AA to contact the Service Solutions Team. There was still no resolution to this.

NO HELP WHATSOEVER
I attempted all day to apply online. I used the chat feature to attempt to explain the issues I was having, experienced more than one rude person, both ignored important information I had shared which was pertinent to the situation and both ended the chat after THEY were finished and I was typing a response/question. Horrible experience. Would have given 0 stars if possible. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
