Contacted the Amazing team, with a tight deadline and high expectations, Lorenzo took the lead explained every step, and ensured we knew exactly what to expect. Even with the pressure, Their team remained professional and very impressive to detailed. Not only met the deadline but also looked better than previous out come. Truly impressive work.

I reached out to Affinity Design Hub…
I reached out to Affinity Design Hub because I wanted someone who could really bring our brand characters to life and I couldn't be happier. Speaking with Joseph he was patient, approachable and genuinely invested in understanding our goals. The designs and concepts they delivered felt personal, creative and completely aligned with what we imagined. If I ever need this level of creative collaboration again, Affinity is the first call I'll make it, for so sure.

Confidence now shows up before conversation even begins. From the first scroll, services appear deliberate, measured, and thoughtfully placed. It gives the sense of brand that knows its worth doesn't need to negotiate its presence.

Stepping back and seeing everything laid out properly was unexpected in the best way. The logo finally holds its ground and the website reads like a composed narrative.

Also wish I could give a 0 star rating
Also wish I could give a 0 star rating, total fraud, do not let this "company" Wasted our money (and time) and take advantage of you. My trademark was abandoned after I was repeatedly charged more and more and more, and told every time it was "the last fee" Now I am being threated to not be able to use what I paid for, and will be taking legal action. Thousands of dollars out the window. All I thought I was initially getting was a logo design, but "Alex" or "Jay" or whoever strong arms you into paying multiple different invoices and companies and charging extra fees for themselves. DO NOT USE!
Revamping our website with their team brought clarity to what we wanted to communicate. The new layouts, interactive elements and logo redesign immediately conveyed professionalism and attention. Even small marketing banners now complement, the main message, showing real thought went into every asset. Affinity Design Hub become a larger company to delivered every detail, its showing what they are.

Working with the team for logo and content updates was eye opening. They didn't just tweak visuals-they optimized usability, color palette and together. After implementing their ideas, navigating the website feel logical and the elements now attract attention naturally.

The digital presence finally reflects effort and planning. Visual hierarchy improved readability, while system-level-updates reduced friction during navigation. giving Affinity Design Hub a more dependable feel I must say.
Alternative options were considered, but this one better due to time limitations. The outcome allowed work to move forward without creating additional steps or complications.

Before moving forward
Before moving forward, it was important to be sure nothing would create delays later. After confirming details, the next steps stayed on track, which helped keep working moving without interruptions.

ROUGH going following completion of the…
ROUGH going following completion of the logo design itself! Things went south quickly. I was strongarmed by the "legal team," into trademarking my logo, which I expressed several times I did not want to do. The fees to do so were not disclosed upfront and they were simply too much for a small business getting up and running. After much back and forth, at times heated, I caved and agreed to trademark the logo. This was mostly for fear that Affinity would seek some type of legal recourse against me if I did not. About a month and a half later, I revived another call after 6PM from the head of the "legal team," advising me a had to pay an $800 fee so the USPTO could authenticate my certificate and that I had to do it by the end of the day! Another untold fee by an unknown member of the "legal team." This call got contentious as the team member kept talking over me. I clearly stated I would rather abandon the trademarking process than pay another untold fee. In this conversation the legal team member refused to let me talk to a supervisor and advised me that the USPTO would charge my card on file for the fee anyways (why does the USPTO have access to my card info if I only paid Affinity). I pushed back. I was later told that the USPTO would cancel my LLC. My LLC is through my state and not the federal government, so I don't see how this works. I eventually had to hang up the phone. Strongarm tactics, aggressive "legal team" supervisor and likely outright lies being told. Great logo, though!
Is O stars an option.
When I wanted to see the logo design before paying the customer service agent became hateful and inappropriate. Said "And thanks for wasting our time." "If you can suck it better then I will be done soon." Then stopped the chat so I could not continue.
Jay customer support was the name. I really hope this was a chat bot that hijacked it. I not that is a real shame for this company to be so bad.

Fraudulent Transactions
Fraudulent Transactions. Summary of Events: I began working with Sean Abbott at Affinity Design Hub to create a logo and later a web site. They did design a logo and while they did design a web site, I am not able to use that site due to their fraudulent actions taken regarding both the website server issues and the Trademark issues, explained fully below. I wanted 2 databases attached to my web site. After I negotiated the server hosting and maintenance agreement, they later insisted that I would need two more servers for each of the databases. That would have been an additional $8,000+. I refused and took the links to databases off my site. They also insisted that I Trademark my logo. I have had logos before and never trademarked them. However, I decided to proceed with that thinking that it would help me sell the company in the future should I sell it. The first fee I paid relative to the trademark I understood to be for registration, and even Afffinity’s paperwork indicates that. Later they came back to me and told me my application had been approved and that now I needed to pay for Registration. I did pay for that. Two days later they came back and told me I needed to pay $90 per state for the registration to go to every state to be registered. That would be another $4,500. At this point, I became very suspicious. This was on a Friday. On Monday I went to my bank and asked them to see if they could verify the name of the company or person that actually received the wired funds. In the end they could not, but there was some indication that they saw that indicated fraud. Not sure what. At this point I asked for W9 forms for the companies I had wired funds to, Design N Writing Ventruz and Design Venturz. I asked for the registration number of my Trademark. I was told there would not be any number until it was finally approved. I asked for a copy of the approval and a copy of the filed registration. I received nothing until March 28, when I received proof that they filed the APPLICATION. They filed for the Trademark on March 27 and paid $350. I had paid them $1,525 on December 5. This is when I knew for sure I was dealing with fraudulent parties. Because of this proof, and also an email I received offering me free servers for my two databases if I moved forward with the Trademark and pay the additional $4,500, Note: None of the monies paid were paid to Affinity design Hub. Supposedly a sister companies that I paid. I could no longer host my web site with these people or do any further business due to obvious fraud. The addresses for ALL of these companies are postal box companies. Also Design N Writing Venturz and Design Venturz have NO online presence at all.
None of the wired funds went to Affinity Design Hub. I was told it was a “sister” company or a different division. Most all conversations regarding the Trademark were with someone from Texas who told me his name was Alex Baker.

Mis-represented the logo design and business card deal. I pre-paid what they said was the total fee. Once done, I couldn't get my logo until I paid an additional $600 fee for other services ... lost my trust.

Very unprofessional
Seemed like a professional and eager company, until, we didn’t want to pay extra for the service to register the logo for us - we can do that on our own - The company would not let us proceed to receive the logo and everything else we paid $342 for, until we agreed to pay $500 more for this optional service. Once we were so frustrated with this call and said we would just like a refund and not use their logo, then they tried to take back that we needed to pay for this registration. Then it was another half hour hassle to get them to start to process a refund. They never provided an itemized receipt which I have (and am still continuing to ask for) for the $342. It has been 2 weeks and I have finally received a partial refund on my credit card of $300, again without any invoice, I just happened to see it on my credit card app. Still fighting for the other $42, but getting them to reply to me is like pulling teeth. It has been a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. They are so nice in the very beginning when selling you their work, and then try to force more on you. When we wanted a refund they demanded a reason over and over. Just very rude and I will have to report them. I would recommend finding someone local or just more professional customer service.
