The agent was personable, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. He didn’t sugar-coat rates, then try to explain hidden fees. Everything was up-front, so there were no surprises. His advice was sound, but not pushy, and the rates were very reasonable. He also provided his direct contact card, which I appreciated. Running a business is hectic enough without having to go through multiple contacts for insurance. His dedication made it an easy decision. He made it quick and painless. Thanks!

I had a great Experience with Tim, he knew what he was talking about and was very knowledgeable, quick response to emails and phone calls, documents were turn over promptly and was registered with my contractor's board that same day, very reasonable rates.
