Customer service for my purchase was great. Staff was knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. Communication was good. Shipping across the country was fast, and although the big boxes were damaged, all the parts were fine. Time to install now, and im confident customer support will be there, should I need it.

Have used Affordable Openers a couple of times now - they are always available, return phone calls, over deliver (asked for delivery by Thursday, they delivered Tuesday!) Wish more companies services were this way.
