I made a last minute reservation and Shea took care of everything for me with the tour company and got answers to my questions from the tour company as well all in one phone call. When the call ended everything was booked and paid. I just needed to pack.

I have been booking my vacations with Affordable Tours for many years, and a big reason is the outstanding customer service provided by Naomi Kinlock. Naomi is always kind, patient, professional, and willing to take the time to explain every detail and answer all of my questions. Her dedication and excellent service give me confidence when planning my trips. Because of Naomi, I continue to book with Affordable Tours and typically reserve three tours each year. She truly makes the booking process easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Naomi, for your exceptional customer service and commitment to your clients! Luz Babilonia

Tony was very available to clarify any questions we had. Also helped with our flights, and explained everything going into a Portugal trip. There was a lot of follow through on Affordable Tours part. We would definitely recommend and use Affordable Tours again!
Karen Ward is knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire booking process.
We've used Affordable for quite a few of our vacations. They are great at coordinating communications for our small group, including basic arrangements, payment due dates, etc. And they usually offer some discount over and above what you could get making your own reservation.
Nanci Allen was very helpful in booking our tour of Ireland. She listened to what our vacation expectations were and delivered several options for us to choose from. Nanci did a great job!
Good and timely communications, and reminders.
We had an excellent booking experience with Affordable Tours. The process was smooth, clear, and stress‑free. I would especially like to highlight Alex, who was incredibly helpful throughout. Her communication skills, patience, and professionalism made the entire experience even better. I truly appreciate her support.
Good follow up Caring about the traveler Accurate information
I booked our trip in August 2025 and didn’t get a confirmation for months and only because I followed up on a regular basis did I find out that our original date was cancelled. Fortunately Tamara Jones took over our tour and managed to get a reservation at a later date. Too much angst!
My travel companion was experiencing some medical issues which created lots of anxiety and uncertainty. We had bought the travel protection coverage on our Agent Lynette Ehlert's advice. When contacted she was capable to deliver exceptional service in guiding us through the process which made a tremendous difference and brought peace of mind to all affected.
Just what experience are you talking about? I didn't experience any experience on May 31. 2026
