I must say I was a little skeptical about the company because it took a while for me to get the product but if you have patience its worth the wait. The quality of the bag and the workmanship was excellent. I sent them several emails about my purchase and they were answered immediately. Customer service is very professional and responsive which these days it's hard to come by. Thank you for your professionalism.
Horrible service! I ordered a custom bag on December 19th and still have not received it or any updates. When I contacted customer support, I receive an automated message with the same tracking I already have. My purchase is still in china and has not even shipped. Horrible experience if you want your product you purchase, DO NOT GET FROM THIS SITE. Complete SCAM.

Placing an order was super easy the hardest thing was choosing which option I wanted. Once my order was placed I received a confirmation email with some very cute and welcoming verbiage. Emails kept me updated with the progression of my order and they too and some friendly verbiage. The messages are just warm and heartfelt. Not cold and robotic. Anyway the final product was great! Very colorful just as pictured. I thought my image was printed on the cutout backwards so I emailed them. They responded promptly and I didn’t understand at first what I needed to do so they followed up with me again to make sure I understood and once I did I was just blown away by the quality of the ornament and the customer service I received. FYI the brown paper covering the ornament looks like a backing so you are scared to pull it off don’t be it is a protective layer and you will find under it your image. My daughter had pulled the paper off one side but not the other. So that’s where the confusion came in.

We got a photo of our entire family this year and my wife loved it, so I decided to have it made into a Christmas ornament for her. agiftcustomized.com took that photo and made me look like a really great husband for Christmas!!! The ornament was well made with brilliant colors. It's hanging on our tree now, and will then find it's way somewhere else for the rest of the year, then return to the tree in '25. GREAT WORK, and much appreciated!!! (Oh, and the price was reasonable!)
This company may sell lovely products, but we wouldn’t know; the personalized gift we ordered is still on a slow boat from Hong Kong!! Their “customer service” emails are very professional, but they get you absolutely nowhere. Will update if the gift ever arrives!

I ordered a Christmas orniment with a book library and my wife's name on it, for my book worm wife. She absolutely loved it. It was exceptionally well done and the staff even got it to us in time to hang it on our tree. I also loved the sense of humor in the communications on my order. Lots of unique stuff to customize.

Terrible service and terrible quality. Got broken item with horrible cheap quality and they refused to exchange or refund. Shipping was long also- just a bunch of scammer with fake good reviews. Do not get it. Rather go to personalisation.com
Buyer Beware! They will show you a 3D ornament but will send you a picture of the ornament you see on their website stuck onto a flat piece of plastic, rip-off!
At first I was upset because I thought the photo had been reversed. No instructions came with the ornament and I didn't realize that I had to pull a film off. Once I did that, feeling very embarrassed, I was pleased with the results. I was able to follow the delivery process and knew what I was going to receive it. And the person who replied to my complaint was very gracious.
I ordered four ornaments for my grandchildren for Christmas this year. They are great, and I am sure my grandchildren will love them and they will be special to them and used every year by them forever. I ordered them at the end of November and received them by December 16, which I consider a very timely fashion since I had a multiple order. The customer service was excellent, I was kept informed of the whole process by friendly, funny emails all along the way. The one email I sent with a question was responded to quickly and politely. I would definitely use this company again, and would absolutely recommend to anyone.
Can not get clear answer on when to expect my package. It's been a month and only thing I've heard is it was in quality control. When I asked about arrival time their responds was see our policy on delivery.. which tells you nothing. For 2 weeks it's been in transit supposedly. Other than that I have no clue about my package. I'll never order from them again... NOT EVER
