We took AMC8 exam in Aixue! The manager Jason was very helpful. He helped us register and schedule the exam and answered a lot of questions regarding the exam process before the exam. He is very professional. The exam site was clean and organized, and he was very friendly to the kids. My son had a positive experience in the AMC8 exam and we will definitely consider booking other exams through Aixue again!
Great experience and trustworthy service! Got the Epic application with such a reasonable price. Thanks
I am a long time customer with Aixue. It never failed my expectations. Lately I ordered brainpop during Christmas holiday and someone immediately helped me with account setup. My kid got the access within minutes. Amazing customer service as always!
I give 5 stars 🌟 Really helpful, specially when parents always busy, so we can try their on line teaching… Good experience for my kids 👍
Reliable,fast response,good customer service!
Classes started at Aixue during the epidemic. I tried the math, reading, and programming classes and had a very satisfying experience. Many competitions have been held recently, which are both a good source of information and put activities into practice, saving parents a lot of worries. There are also many group purchases for well-known software members. This is a very considerate organization.
Fast and Very good! My son love it!
Good for my kids , I already tried vocabulary and reading lessons. We will keep going .
Awesome customer service. They assign an agent to follow up your account. So you can talk to the person directly anytime. Fast and reliable service with an affordable price. They have many apps for you to choose to purchase. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for your business. :)
Fast account setup, affordable pricing, and excellent service! The product quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
Thank you for the professional and patient service.
Firstly, customer service is very good. My agent Tiffany is always available for help. Secondly, the price is pretty reasonable. However, you don’t get chance to try classes, so it is kind of by luck if you will get a good teacher. I have done several classes for both kids, some of them kids like it, some of them not. Another thing I don’t like is they don’t provide class recordings unless you missed that class, in which case the recording will be sent to you and available for some days.
给孩子报了Great Writing Level 3, 老师上课生动有趣，教材非常实用👍🏻
I really enjoyed the seminar. It was really helpful. Thank you so much for organising such a good seminar.
