I love the Jan Van Haasteren puzzles and ordered 4. Your delivery was fast and the cost was reasonable. Now I'm on your site and I have already completed all the Jan Van Haasteren you post, although most of your postings are sold out. I hope you get the newer Jan Van Haasteren puzzles in stock soon, I would order from you again.

LOVE the hand drawn Map of IRELAND PLEASE make the insert larger it is so hard to read Love learning the history of this magical island
Several pieces are falling apart…
Several of the individual puzzle pieces are falling apart into layers! It looks like the glue is not holding them together. The puzzle was shipped to me in Canada from the UK but since its arrival it has not been exposed to extremes in temperature or humidity. I am going to try to glue the pieces back together. I have several puzzles bought from second-hand stores which I suppose have been around for decades and never have I encountered this problem before.

Great selection of Wasgij puzzles. I was sort of bummed that they offered a special sale on 3 wasgij puzzles after I had just purchased them!

Delivery issue
One of the puzzle boxes was smooshed along the way in delivery. But the pieces were ok! But this is the first time for this to happen. Grateful for your company.
Product as described delivered on time
Of Extreme Difficulty
It's a beautiful depiction of some of Ireland's history. This was a gift received by a very skilled jigsaw puzzle enthusiast and with decades of doing these puzzles. Never before ran across a visual nightmare as this was. Almost every piece is whitish-grayish-beige in color. We spent almost a week after putting together the puzzle's frame, trying to fill in the guts. After assembling approximately 60 pieces of the insides, we boxed it up and put it away. Definitely wish we could return it. But it was a gift.
