Pool filters were what I ordered
Pool filters were what I ordered. I was lucky they came in one piece, they were thrown loosely in a large box and the box was totally smashed! I was lucky they survived. Package them correctly and it would have been a 5 star experience.

Hi Mike, Thanks for the feedback. You order 2 items at 50 pounds each that ship in an over-sized box. However, even with the discounted shipping charges we charge and the low product prices you are still getting a great deal on these Sta-Rite original S8M150 2 cartridge filter packs. Great communication
Great communication , was top notch. But I am not a fan of Fedex, UPS does a better job. Filter took 3 days getting to me and I am only a few hours from the place it was sent from.

Hi Edward, Thank you for your feedback. We ship out of multiple warehouses across the country. We have contracts with both UPS and FEDEX depending on the warehouse location. Shippers just don't seem to be the way they used to be. Rates have gone up and service has gone down..... Enjoy your pool Gary All Pool Filters 4 Less
