I recieved an email from Norton in…
I recieved an email from Norton in July 2025 but when after 1 hour or so I agreed to purchase the security plan (supposedly from Norton) it turned out to be Alaroundfix. I paid them $399. I am 87 and am having health issues so I never used the service. They assured me it was from Norton. But later I checked my Norton account and it was NOT from them. I never used it or asked for any help. About 2 weeks ago I got a call telling me I have something on my account that was not right. After taking control they showed me files they said needed to be removed. Then they told me I was not covered for that They wanted more money. I took their files off my computer and filed a complaint with my credit card company. When the credit card took back the money they called. They threaten me and said they would come to my house and they would tell all my neighbors and family I was trying to scam them. They called our house 20 times that night. We finally turned off our phones. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUNCH OS SCAMMERS!!! I am hoping to recover my money. My grandson looked them up and said they had 17 bad cases against them. Maybe this will help someone else to be fooled

All users of technology need to be educated regarding the dangers that the internet and the computer on the internet faces in the event of an accidental breech of security. Simply presses on the wrong key online on a strange site can create havoc. The wonderful specialists in this remarkable security company are outstanding with their clients and are top notch professionals!
