I paid $100 and my winnings went to over $400. I tried to pull my money out and they said I had no money to withdraw. I felt totally ripped off. Stay away!!! They are saying, it must have been I bought into games. I’m not sure, their website makes no sense. How could I not be able to get my money back after winning over $400. I stand by my review, stay away

There are wagering terms to these bonuses that are agreed to on redemption of the bonus, my colleague offered to explain how wagering worked but received no response. There verification process takes way way way too long. 2 days is a joke I am going on a week now. They say two days but its two days for the first part then they email you saying they need a utility bill next then its 3 or 4 days who knows im still waiting and the 500 I was going to withdraw is down to 200. Its bullshit I tell you

Just like most other online casinos but better
Just like most other online casinos. When you win it takes 2-3 days to get verified and have the money deposited into your bank account. I bought in for 80$ and won over 2500 and successfully cashed out. It was a lot of play through and I thought I would have lost the initial big hit that I won but it played up and down and ended up with more money won then initially hit for. Good experience with customer service as well. Literally the best I've ever had over the phone. They are awesome. I'm glad it paid out after winning big and didn't run into any trouble . I haven't hit again for a while but I also haven't played that much compared to what I used to do. I'll probably invest another hundred bucks once I get paid and try my luck again. Definitely recommend this casino and had zero complaints besides the large amount of play through for the reward system money match thing.

Always the best
Withdrawals are slow, but everything else is great. If they would speed up withdrawals, this would be 5 stars. But when you cash out on a Friday and have to wait until Monday, it’s annoying or cashout on a Monday and wait til Wednesday

Do not waste your money here. Payouts come with stipulations, the games are generic, deposits come with extra fees and wins are far and few in between. At least at a real casino you will be paid out immediately without stipulations. I wasn't impressed at all......

Truthfully speaking there’s nothing good I can say about this site. Everything about their business practices is shady and questionable in my opinion. The fact that they don’t tell you upfront that you incur charges for each deposit to make with your debit card because they aren’t based in the US. Their games malfunction frequently and they aren’t concerned about it that’s just more they make off of us I guess. This isn’t and edit it’s an addition which is happening after the reply from Allstar slots.com who has stated that they went “ above and beyond” sadly that’s not necessarily true but what they did do was stall and keep me in a holding pattern on a chat that ended up being almost three hours long and ended with none of their people knowing anything about the game in question. The fact is I still have a video that they’ve not yet seen and one would think they’d wanna see it before replying g to my review. It’s almost as though we’re hearing from two different sources. As for the deposit options , they have actually taken away my ability to use my debit card to fund my account which is nothing more than a control tactic because there was never a problem with my card or my deposits . These people wanna control what people see and hear in regards to their reputation!
