As an additional bonus, we offered a VIP trading challenge to those interested in applying their newfound knowledge in a live market scenario. The fee you paid was for the opportunity to trade on a demo account, and it was clearly stated that if you reached the live trading phase and achieved a profit, the fee would be refunded. However, it is important to note that your trading performance did not meet the required criteria during the challenge phase. As outlined in the terms and conditions, if a participant fails to qualify during the challenge phase, they are not eligible for the live trading phase or the refund. We want to emphasize that the trading challenge utilizes a demo account, which means no real money is involved. There is no deposit required with any broker. The purpose of this challenge is to allow participants to practice their trading skills and apply the knowledge gained from the class in a simulated market environment. Regarding your office visit, we do welcome visitors to our offices in both Malaysia and Singapore. However, there are certain requirements that need to be met in order to proceed with business arrangements. We are always open to discussion and value both your time and ours. As for customer service, we provided you with a WhatsApp number, which is the designated channel for communication. We apologize if this was not made clear to you. Hi Ryan, it's absolutely our fault that we didn't bother to reach out to you and let you know that you couldn't join the sessions after the first day. We assumed that there is a misunderstanding on the workshop schedule. Your session supposes to be start at 8:30 pm GMT+8. If you are joining at this time you surely get into the room. We always being reachable through Phone Call, WhatsApp, Telegram, Email and Facebook. But there is no one reaching out mentioned that Day 2 and 3 cannot be joining. Perhaps there may be another communicating channel you use uniquely that we didn't notice.
