Ordering was easy. Delivery prompt. Good quality product at a fair price.
I recently bought a pair of sneakers…
I normally don’t leave reviews but they deserve one. I recently bought a pair of sneakers and the men’s barn coat. Both products are incredibly well made. The prices are fantastic. And they arrived quickly. If you want to look good for a decent price this is the place.
The shoes were too big
The shoes were too big. An 11 is what was ordered and these would fit an 11 1/2. Also the soles were very slippery. I ordered them for my husband and he was afraid he would slip down.

Hi Nancy, We are sorry to hear that we can only earn a 1 star rating from you due to a shoe size fitting not as expected by a half size. Each manufacturer fit may differ and we offer measurements on most our listings. We hope that your service experience and ease of purchase, return and customer support are also ratings you can consider for the purchase. We also send product review requests for which this review may be more appropriately matched. This particular request was a business review and not a product review.
Never received my order
After hearing back from the merchant, I realized I was probably a little harsh with my rating, understanding that they were not responsible for what occurred. They responded to my email promptly and courteously, in particular, Kim was wonderful.

Thank you for sharing your experience Stephen. Happy to hear that we were able to properly respond and issue your refund for the package fedex was unable to deliver. We are unfortunately not able to control the delivery issue the carrier had with your package. I do not think the issue is related to our service or product. Please let us know if we can do anything further to earn a higher rating from you.

The only problem I had is that the new…
The only problem I had is that the new brand of sneakers (with black laces) size 11 felt like a size 10. As a result, I ended up returning the sneakers for a refund, which should be forth coming.
My favorite wallet…

Hello Kenneth, you had ordered the black color size Large but no worries, we have a free return policy, if this was not the color you intended to order, i have asked our customer support to reach out to you to arrange a free return for a full refund for this purchase. I did confirm the gray and black stripe is in stock for the large size. So you can get the version you like currently.
