Amazing costumer service

I recently had an order that had one vial missing. I emailed and got a response same day. She didn’t ask for proof of anything. She just had the record showing what I had ordered. She mailed it out expediently FedEx and I received it two days later. I highly recommend this company for their amazing customer service. I’ve been buying their products for two years now and I’ve been very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Fantastic Service and Products

I have had nothing but exceptional service from AMC Essentials. Once I received a vial that was labeled differently than what I ordered and the QR code for the COA did not work. I reached out to customer service online and honestly did not expect to hear back, or expected to get a canned AI response. The company reached out to me right away and explained they were updating labels and fixed the QR code immediately so it would link to the COA. And then, the next day another person follows up to ensure my issue had been dealt with. It is so hard to find exceptional customer service these days and AMC Essentials goes above and beyond. All of their products have been very high quality, they ship extremely fast, and offer great discounts often. They also have a wonderful loyalty program. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company.

Great customer service

Placed my first order a few weeks ago. Initially I emailed with a question in regards to reconstitution. I received a prompt response from Deanna at customer service. Then after receiving my order I ran into an issue I had with the cap/seal. Again, I sent an email and quickly got a response. Deanna sent out a new vial within a few hours and it arrived in a couple a days. I would definitely recommend AMC Essentials!
