Basically I think it was the man I dealt with. I felt like I could trust him and that is not always the case when I am buying something from someone. I felt like he had my best interest in mind as he addressed my investment questions and put together a great portfolio that gave me just what I wanted. He also made it easy and informative. I recently purchased some gold and silver from American Hartford Gold. I had been considering this for some time. After reshearching the many companies, I chose American Hartford Gold because they seemed dependable, very Professional, Friendly and helpful. Buying Gold was new to me so I had to find someone that I could trust. They were not pushy like other salesmen and they always returned my calls. Everything was explained so that I could understand and verified. I felt I couldn't have made a better choice. The price seemed just right for what I purchased. I don't think I could have gotten a better deal as a first time gold and silver purchaser. Without a doubt, I will definately recommend them to my family and friends.
