I was really excited to receive my amerii bags. I ordered the regular round brown rattan bag and the white braids. As soon as it arrived in the mail, I noticed the quality wasn't high like I had expected. The white braid strands had lots of horizontal cuts on them which to me is defective and it might break. The brown bag when I ran my fingers through the bag was not smooth and it would get caught on my clothes. I wrote Amerii and attached photos. Instead of offering to send new bags, she suggested that I cut the strands that was poking out and then keep the white braids, it shouldn't break and if it did, to contact them.
Hello Tonya, Thank you for taking the time to share your review! Our bags are woven with 100% natural materials. Every bag is entirely unique and, therefore, will not have the factory made impeccability some larger brands do. Instead, each bag has its own feel which we find makes our bags stand out and feel extra special. In case any of the bags are defective, our Customer Support Team would be more than happy to find the best possible solution, We hope to see you back soon! Best wishes, Amerii Team
Very well- made, sturdy and spacious!! Can’t wait to use it this summer.
