Customer service was amazing, I had a minor issue with my shipment and the way it was handled was considerate and gracious to a degree that I was more impressed than I would have been if everything went perfectly. The samples I received are amazing, Oud Roots, Malakai Amber, 1/2 M, Oud Divinity, and Arabian Knight are some of my favorites. I'll likely be proceeding with a bottle of Oud Divinity once the sample runs out which won't take long. That spicy amber woody blend is absolutely sinful and the drydown into Tonka Bean leaves me repeatedly smelling my wrist throughout the day. Absolutely stellar company I couldn't recommend more highly.

This fragrance smells fantastic, and my husband is Arabic and says it's the real deal. Long lasting, beautifully packaged, and very well priced! They also included a few samples in the order.

So sorry to hear your Eid was hijacked by shipping delays, emotional fallout, and what sounds like a very intense family tribunal. We get it. Nothing says "holiday cheer" like being tag-teamed by your mom and your wife over a late package. You really painted a picture: delayed items, missed expectations, Texas purgatory, and a double dose of family fury. We are just surprised the dog did not yell at you too. Let’s break it down. You placed your order on May 18, and we shipped it on May 22, which is within our standard 3 to 5 business day processing window. That said, UPS apparently decided to take the scenic route through Texas. We did experience a delay getting your package out due to a backlog on some of the items in your order. That is completely on us, and we understand it is not ideal. We know how frustrating this was, especially when you planned ahead and still ended up looking like the villain in your own household. That is not the experience we ever want to deliver. We also understand that standard timelines do not mean much when you are under Eid-level pressure. Add a UPS detour, and suddenly you are explaining logistics to your family like you run a distribution center. On a side note, was not Eid on June 6 this year? You still received the items on June 2, right? Or was this a different Eid? Just want to make sure we understand what went wrong. We are reviewing what happened on our end and will follow up in your inbox with a resolution. No one deserves to be yelled at on a holy day and deal with shipping drama on top of it. I believe your order was supposed to be upgraded to Second Day Air shipping. If I had known, I would have made that happen. Great quality
I’m very pleased with the quality of product I received. I ordered the Incense Bakhoor Sample because I’m not familiar with the sets. I’m glad they offer this option to try the different types of bakhoor. The shipping time wasn’t bad either. I would definitely order again.
