Even though I was unable to complete my purchase due to my driver license having expired, I like the quality of their products, the courtesy and informative systeninformation they provide They operate like a well oiled machine and their people are well trained in both the firearms anymore business as well as the legal end so as to ensure all business is done under lawful guidelines without unnecessary delay of your product needs. Superior Customer Service
I recently had what can be described as a bad experience with shipping, but the fault was not that of Ammo.com. As is usual for their efficiency, my package was shipped on the day my order was placed. In this instance I chose UPS as the carrier and there is where the problems began. I started receiving notices from UPS that the package was damaged, the sender was notified, package was rescheduled for delivery then no delivery was made, etc. A total fiasco. Through it all Ammo.com customer care was there investigating with me, letting me know that they will take care of any problem with shipment. I am talking about real time email communication. Superior customer service. They now have a dedicated customer in me.
Ammo.com has in stock ammo everytime I wanted to order. Price is competitive or cheaper.

This was my first time ordering from ammo.com
This was my first time ordering from Ammo.Com. Two different calibers. The first order arrived as advertised. The second order arrived in a flimsy box that when opened revealed, open boxes and loose rounds. I brought this to the attention of customer service who found the shipper had damaged the original box and contents. The shipper just scooped up empty boxes and rounds and stuffed them in a new box. A count found the shipment to be 61 rounds short.
In a matter of hours, Ammo.Com, made the order whole by shipping the missing rounds. No long drawn out process, just some pictures and explanation.

(the only thing I'd like to recommend is to contact the FedEx ground manager because the box arrived opened, and FedEx should hire honest drivers. Im glad nothing was missing from the box. Maybe some solid ducktape should be applied around the box, where it opens - top and bottom - to prevent any claims from FedEx that the box opened by itself when being handled). Thank you again!
