What people say
Excellent service
Excellent service, excellent selection and good prices!
Thousand Oaks store staff "JR" is superior!
Thousand Oaks store Staff JR is amazing! He remembers customers by name and he is on top of his inventory. He knows exactly what he has and doesn't have, so he can answer your questions. The store is organized and clean every time. The only time I have seen him stressed is when he has cases of ammunition delivered sitting outside on the sidewalk in front of the store and he has to inventory and bring all of it inside as well as take care of customers by him self.

I had an outstanding experience at…
I had an outstanding experience at Copper Jacket in TO. From the moment I walked in, the JR was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping customers find exactly what they needed. The level of hospitality and professionalism really sets this store apart. Their pricing is extremely competitive, especially considering the quality and availability of their inventory. They also have an impressive variety of ammunition, and accessories in stock, with options for both seasoned shooters and first-time buyers. It’s refreshing to find a store that combines great customer service, fair pricing, and a wide selection all in one place. Highly recommend Ammunition 1 to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused ammo store.
