A real person answers right away
A real person answers right away, no prompts and very little wait even at peak afternoon hours. Explained my situation and they figured it out and helped me correct my issue very quickly. One of the best customer service experiences I've had with firearms related issues.
Johnny at Ammunition Depot is top notch!
I had some problems with reman ammo and contacted ammunition depot. I wanted a replacement, but they were out of stock and offered me a refund. Literally the next day, Johnny called to tell me it was back in stock and asked me if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I took the replacement! Johnny at Ammunition Depot is top notch!

Best Online Store I’ve Used — Great Prices, Selection, and Customer Service
Ammunition Depot has been the best online store I’ve ever used. Their prices are excellent, their selection is outstanding, and their customer service truly sets them apart. John and his supervisor went above and beyond to help resolve my issue and made me feel like a valued customer instead of brushing me off. My one recommendation would be to consider partnering with more NFA processing agencies besides Silencer Central. I already have an account with SilencerCo, and it would be much more convenient to choose the company I already use rather than create a new account elsewhere. Offering customers that choice at checkout could make the process easier and help bring in even more business for your amazing store.

Customer Service Above And Beyond
I was interested in purchasing ammunition from Ammunition Depot, however, they didn't have copy of my local FFL's certificate. The rep offered to contact my local FFL on my behalf to request a copy of their FFL Certificate.
Actual Customer Service!
had a question about adding to an existing order, Richard understood and explained what i needed to do. Promised a return call when I did what he had instructed. I did what he's asked and sure enough, I got his return call as promised. Pretty darn good in the days when customers are not given much thought. Excellent and very professional. I'll be ammo shopping only here from now on.
