Terrible service.Ordered July 3rd and website said 8 to 10 business days.July 22,no ammo yet.Could have got this through 4 other vendors.Finally got an email
notified first when you push date out to this amount of time and no ammo yet and given there full money back..Hope they do not treat all there customers like this. Lucky just to get that because they do not answer there phones.Sob story about to much business.I see post above had to call BBB.I am waiting two more days,no response Bank,BBB and I belong to about 30 gun Websites.Being retired ,have nothing else to do with my time.I am so pissed right now.

Very good pricing, very good deals, and 'decent' shipping time.
I had bought about 500 rounds of .40S&W and one .30Cal ammo can. Everything went smoothly as expected and I had my items checked out and ready. They seem to have a better stock of ammo than most sites as well fair pricing for the most part.
My one gripe with the entire thing, was simply shipping. I had ordered my ammo, on June 21st. However, it did not actually get shipped to me, until July 1st. Which I can understand to a degree, as it only took 3 days to finally reach me. Especially way earlier than expected in the day, so I will give credit where credit is due.
I plan on buying from them again, as I mentioned above. They seem to have more stock than most sites currently, as well without break neck prices. Just bear in mind, shipping it out will take awhile. While the actual delivery part is rather quick.

All the recent negative reviews are BS,just consider the time frame and what was going on. I have recently purchased thousands of rounds of .308 and my orders arrived quickly,processing times may be a bit longer than some would like, but sheesh, give them a break, they're VERY busy right now. Honestly you should expect a 3-5 day lead time for processing. They are a very reputable company that has been in business for a long time AND are still in business trying to take care of their customers. They have great prices when everyone else is gouging and they still have decent stock available.

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a big box of stuff. When I ordered their site said it would be a couple of days to ship. the Monday after I ordered, it jumped to 12-12 days to ship anything. Odd. Well, I can't cancel my order on their site, which would make sense. There is no FAQ section. So I called then cause that was just too long. Left a voicemail. No reply. So I send emails. Contact for on their site, direct to them. No response. AT ALL. When I FINALLY got someone on the phone, it was 8 days after my order was placed. Not a good customer service voice. The initial response was that it's not shipping today. No "I'm sorry, but..." nothing. Literally upset that I bothered them while they are dealing with "thousands" of requests when their site should handle this for them. Want your job to be easier, do a better job. Or just ship faster. You have one person back there sending stuff out? Do a better job so you don't have to be upset that we are not happy with you not helping us. You all did this to yourselves.
