The rep was rude, impatient, and didnt want to listen.
The rep was rude and didn't want to accept that I didnt need assistance due to my current situation. He kept cutting me off, trying to push for a payment plan i did want or need. I was forwarded looking for a small loan. If anyone doesnt want to listen to you for any reason, just hang up.

You said you provided loans with poor credit and same day
That's bull. I was shifted over to a credit bevy relief company. All I wanted was a loan for short term cash flow problems. Don't promote what you don't deliver. I was very pissed off.

It's the way that you respond back after getting the information. I think it should be directly logged in to and from both parties not having to take extra step and taken before just to get a little information. Or phone a Call
