Total money grab, no up front information about costs. Started chatting, needed to add $ to account. Users kept flipping from chat to email 10 credits to open email, another 10 to open each attachment. Then back to a chat that charges $ by the minute. To continue uou need more credits, wait you have an email, need credits to open. OK add again, back to chat. Middle of chatting, you get email, 10 credits to open. Read email, respond, back to chat.......you got it need credits to respond. Complete rip off.
