Ashley was extremely kind and helpful. It was my first time there. I appreciate people who show they care and not just pretend it's part of their job to be nice. A very big part of working ethic is a positive attitude and kindness.

To be 100% honest it was my first time using Amscot and my experience was AMAZING because of the customer rep, Samantha. Samantha was THE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! She was the most friendly yet professional people I have dealt with in at least 3 years. She made me feel so comfortable (it was my first ever doing a cash advance) AND she did this while taking care of 2 customers at once and she never faltered. In this day of customer service, she is a diamond in a pile of cubic zirconia. I hope the next time I'm there I DO NOT see her, because she got her very well deserved promotion. I rarely do reviews but feel free to contact me directly if you want confirmation of what I just wrote. Thank you Samantha. - Paul R.
